Sleeping On A Full Stomach

As the dragoness laid fast asleep, her bulging belly makes various noises as her stomach is working hard to digest her last meal. Her belly gurgled, churned, loud noises that lulled her to sleep, almost reminding her of the long months of listening to her own mother's stomach, digesting a meal for both bodies. Whatever's in there will keep her content for a while. Is there an animal in there? Lots of food? Or you?
